The Maishima Sports Island (舞洲スポーツアイランド, Maeshima Supōtsu Airando) is a park with sports facilities in Maishima, Konohana-ku, Osaka, Japan. The official name in the Osaka City Ordinance is Osaka Port Sports Island (Osakakou Sports Island). [1]

A man-made island in Osaka Bay, Maishima is home to the city's best shoreline, sunset-viewing spot, and pottery village, which offers hands-on classes and bakes pottery in a unique climbing kiln.

Built on reclaimed land the 225 hectare Maishma Island is split up into four zones with a zone for sport, one for education, one for recreation and the other for health. The sports section takes up about 120 hectares of the total size of the island.

The vast island is home to a variety of sports facilities, including the practice field for the professional soccer team Cerezo Osaka, the indoor stadium Maishima Arena, a baseball stadium, and the Seaside Tennis Garden.
