Since most of the obvious place have been hunted over the years one trick to get the easier silver is to look for the places not so obvious , places that are likely to be passed over by all those looking to hunt the obvious places.

2022年10月21日 · If I was detecting sites with more modern history it would certainly be wheats. It's simply probability, more were made, more often carried, more often lost. I suspect the reason you find more dimes is the signals you choose to dig, or that your detector likes the silver signals better than the copper.

Its true that when you are at a spot that you know has deep silver coins, you must be methodical with your swings and listen for quick high tones. Missing a 1 inch strip in your swing, can mean missing deep coins. You will miss them if you haven't practiced patience at really listening.
