2007年8月5日 · In the past, I've been on Glucaphage (and it's generic - Metformin). Although some people do have great sucess with losing weight while on it, I was not one of them. But, I didn't eat a low carb diet like they suggest - so that could be why! The drug does have possible side effects, but I'm told they are minimized by eating low carb/low sugar.
