If you have the related license, since you mentioned that you have installed Microsoft Office, you can also go to Windows search to search Access. As of now (Feb2024), if we install Microsoft 365 Access Runtime in a clean machine without Office, Access Runtime 2016 get installed. Even with Office2021 installed, it is still Access Runtime 2016 (though newer version) get installed.
