2015年3月23日 · The world was generated by world generator of pre 1.7 , perhaps admins downloaded a map for the spawn and decided to let the map be, rather than copying the spawn part to a new world. I checked the seed in 1.6.4 and spots near spawn was similar to the server map. Although probably new chunks will be generated by 1.7 world generator.
