I've been using Outlook 2019 for months with no problem to send and receive email using my AT&T email account , but two days ago it wouldn't connect with the AT&T inbound server, so it couldn't download email. I could send email, though. Sending and receiving email worked the next day, but neither work today with my AT&T email account.

2024年8月8日 · I just enter my user ID and PW and outlook/my email opens up. My bounces from all 3 ATT.net owned email addresses took place on 8/7. I sent one email to all of the 3 on 8/6 and the rejections came on 8/7. No problem as I sent a different email to all of those folks on 8/5.
