2021年7月19日 · I have it too. My system is always at the newest patch version and when I try to Copy/Cut/Delete/Rename an .ogg file, it took about 5-10 minutes before something happens. And this is an Intel I7 CPU, 16 GB of Ram and everything should happen on an SSD drive. The file size is 82,9 Kilobyte. I did everything thats already written in this Thread.

2019年11月21日 · Even more confusingly, if I take a file that isn't an Ogg file and give it the .ogg extension, Windows will treat it completely normally and be able to delete/rename it instantly. The same thing happens with folders - trying to rename or delete a folder containing an Ogg-encoded file also takes a minute.

If I save an Ogg file with any other extension (test.abc or test.mp3 instead of test.ogg, for example), Explorer handles it completely normally and can rename or delete it.
