2015 Ovum "Off the Grid" Riesling (Alluvial Serpentine). 9 cases remaining in inventory. 9/29 harvest. 12.5%, 10g/L RS. Smoky mineral, salty wet rock, yellow plum. Incredibly light for 12.5%, seemingly bone dry with delineated acid.

2015 Ovum "Toro y Scorpio" Riesling (Marine Sed). SOLD OUT. 2016 vintage available September 2017. 9/29 harvest. 12.2%, 22g/L RS. Blueberry, petrichor, banana leaf. A dusting of RS is apparent upon entry, quickly washed over with layered acid and an obscure saltiness that we're coming to expect.
