Petey and Furends depends on volunteer foster homes, called Lifesavers, and our partner boarding facilities to provide temporary care for our animals until they can find their permanent homes. The more volunteer Lifesavers we have, the more lives we can save.

Petey and Furends is a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit no-kill animal rescue organization that is dedicated to reducing instances of neglect, abuse, and homelessness in companion animals. To do this, we use research- and evidence-based practices to facilitate a matchmaking experience that will increase the rate of successful adoptions.

I will work with Petey and Furends staff to allow potential adopters to meet the Subject Animal. This may take place at my house, the potential adopter’s house, or an adoption event. I will also make arrangements with Petey and Furends to have the Subject Animal attend scheduled events.
