2023年12月31日 · I have an X1carbon and print tons of eSUN pla+ on a daily basis. I don’t have these issues, and wonder if your filament is wet, or old,but I think you are too cold. I run a volumetric speed of 23 mm3/s on my user filament settings and print at around 230-245c temp, with the bed at 60c.

2023年7月22日 · If your item has a total wall thickness of 1.6mm, you'll have two walls totaling 1.4mm, and your slicer has to decide if it should increase extrusion even more (which it's already running 175%) or to do an extra wall (2.1mm) and figure out the best way to handle the extra material (overlap/under extrude, etc).

2023年5月21日 · This object looks like a bike and the handles are incredible flimsy. Printing standing upright, like positioned on the image below, makes the entire print flimsy. Printing on the side make the handles flimsy again.

2021年10月28日 · Welp...PLA+ at 10 walls and 80% infill was apparently not enough... always go 100% for impact bearing parts. I recently printed the grizzly 22 XL. I saw in one spot that 35% was recommended so I printed it at 35%. After printing I saw that the assembly pdf recommended 100% for the receiver. Should I reprint or will it be ok with .22lr? I'd reprint.

2024年12月19日 · My end of walls have buldges. Each layers have it. And after 14-20 layers, they are stacking so much what it can knock the part out. Length of retraction (1.5 and 3 mm). I’ve even tried the arachne for wall generator. All preaty much the same. My filament is dry bone (in box for over 24 hours. Humidity barely registeres).
