Bariatric surgery lowers your hunger hormones and physically prevents you from overeating at a time (constant grazing can still prevent weight loss) but gosh the health benefits from losing weight are definitely worth more than $6K.

2022年6月11日 · Weight loss has always been slow for me so I’m happy with it. Most days I don’t really feel fuller BUT I don’t feel hungry either after I eat my much smaller meals. There’s been one day where I overate and I felt like my stomach was going to explode. I do think they help in weight loss but you still have to eat clean and diet.
