RIP Santo Farina of "Santo & Johnny" (Sleep Walk)
2016年6月8日 · It was reported that Santo Farina passed away on June 7, 2016, based on a message posted on Johnny Farina's Facebook page by a relative of his. It was actually Johnny's cousin, named Santo J. Farina, born in 1939, not his brother Santo A. Farina, from Santo and Johnny, born in 1937, who had passed away.

2016年1月29日 · The Santo & Johnny S/T LP that was released after Sleepwalk became a hit is great, very worthwhile and unusual for the era in that the stereo mix is better IMO. Contains a very rocked up version of Caravan. In fact, of the handful of Santo & Johnny albums I've heard, this is the best. It's stripped down -- just them, bass and drums.

2015年10月10日 · Simon, I wouldnt worry too much about groove distortion on the LP dub of Sleepwalk. 1) Its better sounding than the Can-Am 45, the mastering is better
