I’ve known Sean for over 30 years ever since he played on the Saint Ignatius varsity basketball team before continuing his academic and playing career with the John Carroll Blue Streaks.

Sean O'Toole is a professor of English specializing in nineteenth-century British literature, queer studies, and college writing. A graduate of Georgetown University (B.A.) and the City University of New York Graduate Center (Ph.D.), he was a post-doctoral lecturer in the Princeton Writing Program before joining the Baruch faculty in 2008.
