2024年5月2日 · I par boil the potatoes for maybe 10 minutes or so depending on the size, I drain them then toss in seasoning, olive oil, and some butter. I then have been air-fry/convection bake at 425-450 for 35-45 minutes. Potatoes are really crispy, and no so much steamed on the inside, they are cooked and keep their "structure".

2023年10月11日 · Made a griddle upgrade over the weekend. I had been eyeing a Cuisinart 360 or 360XL to replace my Blackstone 22". Have had the Blackstone for over 2 years and wanted to upgrade. Got a deal on it when I bought it and really didn't want to go big at the time as I wasn't 100% sure I would like it but I did and felt it was time to upgrade.

I cooked them for 3 1/2 hours at 131, I seasoned them with KC steak seasoning and put a scoop of garlic butter in the vacuum pack bag and cooked them. When they were done I pulled them and seared them for 1 minute a side on the SRG grill.
