I got it set up and working, but it makes a very lound humming noise (fan, I'm pretty sure) that does not quiet down when I turn off the power. My old box was quieter and got very quiet when I turned off the power.

2020年10月11日 · the X1 set top boxes have a special formatted memory card installed that enables the rewind (approximately 1 hour for DVRs and 20 minutes for non-DVR X1 set top boxes. The fix is to swap out the box. reseating the card usually only gives you a temporary fix.

2022年11月18日 · I can't pause I get "Pause isn't available. This set-top box doesn't support it. Without Pause - I can't fast forward. I also can no longer rewind (I get the same error). This used to work just fine. The remote is now paired - and I went through a Restart (no help), then unplugged the Xfinity box and reconnected it (no help).
