Re-enabling the Sidebar is so easy because of the shortcut, anyway it just isnt a permanent disable solution, it just hides the side bar. I want to permanently disable it not temporarily. I was thinking of switching to the older version of Edge that doesnt has the Sidebar.

Click on the dialog launcher in the Tracking Section of the Review tab of the ribbon and then on Advanced Options and if all that you want to appear are "change bars", select None for both Insertions and Deletions. Then, with revision tracking in effect, if you select Simple Markup, only "change bars" will appear

2021年9月26日 · Changing to Extend these displays turned the external monitor to completely blue with only the task bar visible (but no black bars.) Restarting didn't help. Changing back to Duplicate these displays brought the screen back, with the black bars. When on Extend... The "1/2" changes to a "1" and a "2".
