2023年1月11日 · The door failed to open after Iron Juggernaut on Mythic. Baine and Vol’Jin stand side by side in combat, no other npc’s spawn, no audio triggered. Couldn’t progress any further. Tried zoning out and resetting the instance, raid reloaded in the same state, with just Baine and Vol’Jin infront of the doors.

You are unable to shoot Galakras to bring her down and start the final phase. This essentially soft-locks the entire fight and makes it so you cannot progress.
