The French version throws realism out the window to highlight drama and aesthetics. Season 4 dips in quality. By season 5 (the first original), the French version becomes a full blown Mexican soap opera.

Was watching Skam France and in S3E9 when Lucas goes to find Elliott they play Remember by Seinabo Sey. I of course recognized it immediately from Young Royals. 2022年1月22日 · Skam France becomes a show that was supposed to reflect the struggles of teenagers to a full blown soap opera after S4. I finished S5 and dropped it like a bad habit. If you enjoy dramatic soap operas, it might still be for you though.

2021年9月12日 · I've watched Skam Italia and a little bit of Skam France and I watched them from the beginning, I think you can still probably enjoy it and understand but you won't have time to fall in love with the characters and maybe enjoy it less than if you watched all of it.. yes the storylines and characters are equivalent but they just aren't the same
