2024年12月24日 · Just to clarify, the 2990 ref is actually an Omega Ranchero. Some were sold with seamaster dials, most did not sell well due to the name. Many were sent to the Swedish distributor and became what is now known as "transformed Rancheros". The bright finish of your caliber is not unusual for this reference, and the mainspring click is the same as was used 26.5 SOB (it was replaced by a different one on 26.5 SOB T1).

2024年9月7日 · Quick snap of my small pile of Omega watches from various decades. Some are inscribed dating back to a 1948 gift to “B.H.F. from M.H.F.” etc. Really don’t know much about them. 2024年10月9日 · Don't forget the 321 has the small omega logo inside the sapphire crystal, like in the hesalite. That too is now in the FOIS. It has almost been 5 years since the release of the 321, so naturally this tech trickles down to more regular models.

2020年2月21日 · I agree with you. The mid-size Seamaster looked very small at my wrist because the dial is very small. A lot of vintage Omegas have better dial proportions compared to the case. Here a 36.5mm that fits me perfectly due to the bigger dial. I wear mostly 34-37mm Watches and the Seamaster Mid-size looked bad.
