2012年1月28日 · I dropped a 20 LB chunk of bar on my toe. I had steel toe boots with metatarsal guards. You would the impact would be no big deal but the bar hit on the part of my little toe that was unprotected. The toe turned purple and hurt for about two weeks. I dont think it was broken. For you infection in the bone would be a concern.
