2021年12月17日 · At first it was effectively just one of Orochimaru's hideouts with the facade of a village. After Konoha Crush it just kept on keeping on as a place for Orochimaru goons and anybody who didn't have anywhere to go. It was effectively another Orochimaru hideout. As of Boruto I believe it's more or less become an actual village.

Except when Orochimaru took over and became the village head, he had the residents treated as subjects and the village as an enormous laboratory.

2023年5月13日 · Well from what I have seen, the sound village isn't really a village in the normal sense. It's more like just a bunch of scattered places throughout the world filled with prisons and labs for Orochimaru's slaves / prisoners. So they can't exactly go rogue in that sense.
