An overwhelming majority of customers were willing to pay up for more than the base model offered. It will be interesting to see if the base version Model 3 with its 50 kWh battery pack and 220 miles of range receives similar reaction.

2020年3月16日 · I have been battling with rust since the 1960s and expect that any new car I buy has been adequately designed to resist it. I am especially concerned since this is Tesla’s first car with steel body parts down low. There is a 12 year rust warranty, but it only covers rust penetration from inside, so would not cover this case.

Rear drive unit inverter replaced under warranty at about 11months/13,000kms. Rear trunk actuator seized and replaced under warranty.

Last October, I literally *educated* a sales person about Tesla's option to transfer FUSC (Full Unlimited SuperCharging).

I've owned four BMW M3/M5s previously, and this car feels like a well-dialed-in-but-heavy German sports sedan. It's FAR more planted than my M3P, which I felt wallowed, was undersprung, and did not have adequately sized sway bars for its mass.

2023年4月15日 · It depends on the kids and the values you instill in them. My parents did buy me a pretty nice car when I was a teenager (bmw 3 series) and essentially paid for all of my undergrad expenses. I certainly treated that car well, maintained it appropriately, and never got into an accident.

The Tesla Model X mule(s) have shown signs of at least a few of these oddly places cameras: the nose bumper cameras and the B pillar cameras .
