We train adults new to ballet in our First Position (Beginning Ballet) class, through Advanced Ballet. All our teachers are classically trained and love to teach adults. This is a safe place where safety and technique are emphasized.
Patrice arrived at The Ballet Studio in 1995 to study with our founder Bobbi Bader. Her expertise lies in working with teen and adult dancers to help them understand the fundamentals of good technique and encourage them to explore the joys of body awareness and movement.

For those wishing to go en pointe you need a minimum of 3 classes per week to build the strength necessary for pointe work. Other students may take these classes to build strength and stamina, or as a "make-up" class, with the permission of the instructor.

2025年1月22日 · Classes include a warm-up, isolations, technique exercises, movement across the floor and a dance at the end of the class. We focus on proper alignment, proper stretching techniques, musicality, turns, transition steps and body line.
