2022年2月11日 · Clobetasone 17-butyrate is a moderately powerful topical corticosteroid indicated for all adults, elderly, kids and babies for the relief from the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of anabolic steroid responsive dermatoses. Nystatin can be a polyene antifungal. Oxytetracycline is an extensive spectrum antiseptic.
Topical steroids (topical corticosteroids) are recommended by the NHS for treating eczema flare-ups and have been used for over 70 years. To work effectively, they need to be used alongside emollients, which soothe, protect and moisturise the skin.

About clobetasone - NHS
Sometimes clobetasone is combined with the antibiotic oxytetracycline and the antifungal nystatin. This is called by the brand name Trimovate. Your skin should start to get better after you've used clobetasone for a few days. Do not put clobetasone on your face unless your doctor has prescribed it. It can make some skin problems of the face worse.
