2023年4月29日 · Only streaming to those that have no issues with high quality streams means there are less potential viewers for your stream anyway. Anyone is free to disagree with me, but Twitch downscaling the stream for the viewers with a less stable internet connection/speed isn't always great, better to prevent it I think.

Find a server with a Quality score of 100 (which means the connection is stable, and shows little/no packet loss). It will also include a bandwidth test to that server. It it's less than 10,000+ kbps, use at most 75% of that number.
