2023年8月1日 · So I have a windows 11 device. I have TPM 2.0, Security processor, Secure boot, DEP, AMD-SVM, and UEFI MAT enabled. All of the security requirements. Yet, it still doesnt let me access the device security menu, because its still not supported?

- UEFI MAT Can't get Secure Boot to show up because I don't know what DEP and UEFI MAT are. Intel 8600k and Asrock Z370m pro4. EDIT: had to convert my Windows install drive from MBR to GPT. Else I can't force UEFI in BIOS and just get a boot loop. Disabling CSM (Compatibility Support Module) is needed in Asrock BIOS to force UEFI.

But a PC built by an end user doesn't really have a root of trust, especially since some motherboard OEMs don't even check their UEFI for signatures. This will all be solved once Intel and AMD include a hardware root of trust on their CPUs.
