2011年4月11日 · Patient had a unicompartmental knee arthroplasty a couple years ago. Now we are doing a total knee revision arthroplasty (femur, tibia and patella). Do I go with the 27487? It doesn't seem right to me when patient had a unicompartmental arthroplasty to begin with. Appreciate any words of wisdom.

I researched and I found where they say CPT 27427, arthroplasty patella without the prosthesis cannot be billed with CPT 27446, arthroplasty knee, condyle and plateau, medial or lateral compartment.
