2023年1月9日 · Revo uninstaller is The Man. I ran ExpressVPN knowing my subscription had expired; I expected to get an upgrade window. NOPE. I tried to uninstall ExpressVPN a couple of times with no luck. Then I rebooted and tried to install the new version, failed again. I even disabled the ExpressVPN services and rebooted, since they kept restarting.

2024年1月19日 · I started off by uninstalling it using windows but it said an exe file was missing. I figured I might as well delete its source files then. I went over to Program Files > ExpressVPN and tried deleting the folder. But it wouldn't let me as the app was still running. You can delete a couple of folders here, just not the whole thing.

So, I used IObit Installer and all that ended up doing was take away the ability to uninstall expressvpn. So, now I can't do anything about it at all.
