Housing charges for the 2024-25 Residence Halls are due the first day of class, August 19, 2024, for fall semester and January 6, 2025 for the spring semester. The charges will be available online as early as July 24, 2024 and no later than one week before the start of classes.

Applications for Fall 2024/Spring 2025 will open on February 1, 2024. Please click the Single Student Apartment Application box to the right to access the application. These apartments are for students only, with furnished and unfurnished options.
