We planned a wall mount and with some cowboy engineering we built this: This is a piece of wall space that can't really be used for much else. Radiator fits great.

2014年6月12日 · I tun the compressor regulator to 130 PSI and then have separate air regulators at each drop. I run a 2 stage compressor ~15 CFM@175 PSI. If you get a replacement compressor consider getting an inter-cooler which drops a lot of the moisture out of the system, I get no water in any of my drops.

2012年4月27日 · I've read a lot about the dangers of welding air compressor tanks. Most of these warnings are about fixing pinholes/leaks, as the damage is often much more extensive than meets the eye. My question is whether or not it is safe to weld brackets to the top of a newer/leak free tank. I need to weld on a bracket to mount a different motor/compressor.

2023年10月29日 · The California air compressor is considerably quieter and good for most things other than high CFM tools. But the 2 stage belt drive oil bath compressor in the shop is MUCH quieter than any old Craftsman direct drive oil-less compressor. Generally the slower the compressor turns the quieter it will be.

When I turn it on the motor starts as it should then starts to slow down after a few seconds of run time. If I open the air line drain down stream of the tank the motor speeds up to operating speed.

2012年2月13日 · I have run a totally sealed metal Hoffman enclosure, with a large Variac running 2 500w cartridge heaters. The fan was mounted on standoffs to blow down over the Variac. Doing this without vent simply dissipated the heat over the entire enclosure by warming up the air inside to an even temperature.

2024年11月15日 · Current panel is 100 amp. 220 outlet is shared with vertical 80 gallon air compressor. Had master electrician review current setup. He and his company retrofitted the same building over 30 years ago. He stated I am absolutely at the max for amp draw. Lines (conductors) feeding current panel are too small to feed a larger service entrance.
