2008年11月3日 · I added 2-3 inches to my waist just from doing excessive ab and oblique work and adding weight each time. If you have broad shoulders and that helps make your V-taper look better then great. However, it was too much for me. I couldn't fit into a lot of my favourite pants anymore! I still work on my obliques, but I do them unweighted now.

2021年9月7日 · Based on your waist measurement you put on about 9 lbs of fat. You need to work on strength. Look into a proven program That would mean 9lb of fat gain and 1lb of muscle, so I hope you're wrong! I store a disproportionate amount of fat on my belly and love handles, so my waist measurement always changes a lot when I bulk and cut.

2010年1月12日 · I know that if you increase the size of your waist/gut the connecting tissue between your abs will widen and the separation will grow (see Ronnie on his earlier years vs his GH gut years). 2024年6月7日 · Any weight you can bench for at least 1 rep, you shouldn't need a spotter for. It's not hard to push the weight down to your waist, sit up and dump it on the floor. Yes, and look like a fool in the process.
