(Incidentally there seems to be a plague of new fake "Windows support" sites which are just flogging 3rd party tools which don't do anything useful but harvest your data. Be wary of these, but they are a symptom of how many users are having problems.

I am stuck on the windows logo loading screen, or when I turn the computer on and off multiple times to try to enter Automatic Repair mode, the screen is black.
