The Wok Shop
FLAT or ROUND bottom pow wok with metal hollow handle. Heavy gauge carbon steel, easy to season, gets better with age and use and becomes naturally nonstick. FLAT bottom can be used on gas, electric coil stoves or grills. ROUND bottom not recommended on glass top or induction stoves. Come in 10″ 12″ 14″ and 16″, 14 gauge.
Perforated Steaming Rack – The Wok Shop
This steam rack sits in the bottom of the wok or other types of pans. Provides a very economical way to convert woks, etc. to steamer. 8″ in diameter for 12″ wok, 9″ for 14″ wok, 10″ for 16″ wok.
