2017年12月24日 · Personally, I believe flying saucers are wheels (because the hamster can run on it). My only problem is they take up more floor space because of the different design, but overall they give the hamster the exercise they need (if the hamster likes the saucer, I've had one that preferred the other wheel designs).

2011年6月5日 · It's this wheel right?Comfort wheels actually come off their metal stands, it's just a bit difficult. If you want to oil it you'll have to take it off its axle. To do that you have to pinch the "prongs" sticking out together and then pull the round part off the axle. Oil the axle and slip the wheel back on. Here's a clearer picture of the prongs

If so it can be normal for poop to be caught around the tail area- helping them by grooming it yourself daily can help. The other time this sometimes happens is if your hamster is older, in which case again, helping them out is the best option. How old is your hamster?
