2020年5月6日 · I have the same question. I can block YouTube 100%. But then, there are good kids websites like Khan Academy, TED Education, and Science Bob and they all use videos hosted on YouTube. If I allow my kids to watch even a single YouTube video that is an educational video, then Windows lets them browse from there to anywhere in YouTube.

2018年10月14日 · For Family Safety monitored kids, if the Game restrictions are turned on, only the apps that meet the rating depending on the settings you’ve configured (below 10, teen, mature) are available for download. Netflix comes under the ‘Mature’ category. You may change the Game Restriction settings for your child and check if it works.
