Zander Term Life Insurance - Legitimate or Too Good to be True?
2019年7月16日 · Hi all, wonder if anyone had any thoughts on using Zander for Term Life Insurance. It's recommended by Dave Ramsey. I found a million dollar policy for somewhere around $21/month for 10 year term. Feels like that is exceptionally cheap. The plan options are with AIG, North American, TransAmerica, etc. Any idea if these are legitimate?

What has your experience with Zander insurance been?
Went to Zander on the recommendation of the Dave Ramsey show. Bad experience, they never called back, never answered emails etc.. Ended up finding a very helpful local insurance broker who got me a good term policy through principal.

Dave may not own Zander personally (so technically the truth) but that doesn’t exclude Ramsey Solutions or one of his other companies from doing so. He sure promotes ONE company far above any others in his show, and that is suspect. Why does he never mention any other quality insurance or mortgage companies? That’s steering.

I only ever get insurance when the consequences of not having it are far too catastrophic for me not to be able to deal with. (Such as homeowners insurance) and when it's required by law.

Once that part is done, they are gone. I've been going through a 2-3 month ordeal with them (started in June) whereby my home and umbrella insurance were paid for and cancelled, twice for unknown ...

2020年1月27日 · I purchased term insurance for me and my husband through Zander when we got married at 25/26. We got 30 year 500k policies on each of us for 25-30/month each. I am tall and thin and they were able to direct me to companies that wouldn’t penalize me for falling outside of their recommended BMI range.

2020年1月20日 · I'm glad you shared this story. I don't have Zander ID theft protection, but found very many reviews similar to yours on various platforms online. It's sad, because I love the baby steps so much as well as products like EveryDollar, but I'm hearing more and more issues with some of Dave's recommendations outside the core program.

I went directly thru a life insurance company for my life insurance but ended up going thru zander for my wife's. My wife got declined elsewhere and they were able to match us with a company that got her approved. They definitely weren't high pressure in our case in fact I thought they offered too little updates during the process.
