2018年11月10日 · For the iPhone 12 it looks like you need at least a 20W charger if you want fast charging. If you don’t care about fast charging then you can use less. But yes, based on this I would say that it’s safe to use a higher watt charger and the iPhone will only use what it needs.

2007年6月11日 · On Apple's website it says that fast charging is only available on iPhone 12 with the 20w charger but people are saying that they can get similar results with the 18w. If someone can provide their own results I would be grateful as I already have an 18w charger that I'm planning on using with the iPhone 12.

If I leave it flat on the table there are no issues. I did the usual check for lint, fluff and dirt in the port but all was clean as clean can be.

2008年7月13日 · Inevitably ended up selling my iPhone that had this issue, however as a temporary solution I did place a very small strip of electrical tape inside of the bottom portion of the lightning port opening on my iPhone disallowed for a more secure fit while the phone was charging although it was nowhere near as a tight fit as an original brand new iPhone.
