2019年10月3日 · Currently I’ve had issues with PNG files not saving as transparent in my gallery. (Sometimes the transparent image saves properly, but then the image becomes low res with a filled background a few minutes later) I’ve tinkered with my iPad settings and drawing app settings, nothing has resolved the problem.

I checked that the Settings/Camera/Formats is set to most compatible . and that the Settings/Photos/Transfer to Mac or PC is set to automatic but am still seeing the photo properties once emailed to a PC as PNG. If you have multiple accounts, see if this is just affecting one account or all. If it’s affecting just certain accounts, go to Settings > Mail > Account Name and delete the account from your iPhone.
