Genasauria is a group of "bird hipped" (Ornithischian) dinosaurs that contains Thyreophora: the armoured battalion of stegosaurs and ankylosaurs, and Neornithischia: which includes the ceratopsians, pachycephalosaurs and ornithopods (collectively known as cerapodans), plus a gaggle of non-thyreophoran, non-neorhithischian, ornithischian outcasts.
