I have the GoPro Hero 7 Black and I've been having issues with freezing since I've had the camera. The freezing happens 90% of the time when my camera moves from landscape to portrait. I'm using the sleeve + lanyard case, which is ideal when I'm with my family and when I grab it to take a photo, I see a frozen image on the screen.

All these batteries, in the GoPro Hero 5 do not have any issue. All these batteries, in the GoPro Hero 7, have the same problem after shortly recording something (from OFF state with Quick Capture) after few hours the battery is dead. The manual update I’ve already tried => no luck. I went back to the shop and explained the situation.

You can get the full list of microSD cards that are known to work well with GoPro cameras . It is also advisable to format the SD card before use. (NOTE: Formatting the SD card will delete all data off of the card, so be sure that you save any videos or pictures you want to keep on your computer before reformatting the SD card.)

Looking for advice and recommendations for a 12mm or 16lens for the hero 7 white. I’m planning on purchasing a mount so I can record shots through a scope. I will attach the recommendations from the manufacture of the mount (“please not you are not be able to use your GOPRO directly with out changing the lens to 12mm or 16mm Focal.”)

Hero 7 Black motion detection I've just installed the GoPro Labs firmware update for my Hero 7 Black which says it now supports, among other things, Motion Detection. I don't see this in the settings menu, is there something I'm missing or is the News update on GoPro Labs just wishful thinking and not an actual feature for this Gopro?

I purchased my Hero 7 Black in October 2020. It worked fine until recently, when it started having problems. It now stops recording after a 10-15 minutes and shuts down even if the battery is not empty. I am using a compatible SD Card (according to the official list), so I'm wondering if it's not an overheating issue. Please advise.

Used GoPro Hero 7 Black with Duracell power bank for night lapse for 1.5 hours and the recording was not interrupted at all. The process was followed as mentioned below; Connected the Duracell power bank(10000mAh) with the GoPro charging cable that came with the GoPro box; Turned on GoPro with the fully charged battery loaded

Filming on drive from Vegas to Los Angeles, from about 10am - 3pm . First overheat at around 43 minutes. Second overheat at around 30 minutes. Third overheat at around 10 minutes.
