r/funny: Reddit's largest humor depository. Memes of any sort are expressly forbidden. This includes any variety of memetic image or video format, any footage or photographs of memes in real-world or virtual settings (as with "challenges" and other imitated behaviors), and any derivation or adaptation of memetic content.

No reaction type memes. These include just attaching something like "Everyone liked that" to the bottom of a tweet or news article. No bait-type memes. These are posts that ask viewers to upvote, award, or comment. (eg. "Ask me a question" type of posts or upvote begging posts.)

Funny gameplay clips, trending formats, screenshots of humor that happened in-game, etc. is acceptable as long as it is legitimately humorous and flaired correctly. The "Community Trend" flair is intended to be for trending formats (such as "draw your champion as a bean" or "draw these 8 champions" etc).

Political memes are fine but they have to relate to firearms and have a joke. No political memes for the sake of being political or memes without a joke. If you want to post news or start a political discussion, I would suggest posting to r/firearms, r/gunpolitics, or r/progun. Videos and Gifs are also fine if they're funny but keep them short.
