I am using the latest Windows 10 Pro v1607 (July 2016) installation (see my specs) and I have the latest Classic Shell (4.3.0) installed.

2018年7月23日 · Compare yours in Translucent with the Classic Shell transparent setting shown below. I like the clear delineation. Classic Start also has a taskbar > transparent option, but it doesn't do much. I've posted a comment on the github/gitter discussion.
