2021年3月2日 · The original cast of Rent included many people we’ve all heard of, even if we’re not Rentheads, such as Idina Menzel, Taye Diggs, and Anthony Rapp. There were many others included who did not go quite as mainstream, but they still made their mark on the arts.

The original cast included Krysten Cummings as Mimi Marquez, Wilson Jermaine Heredia as Angel Schunard, Bonny Lockhart as Benny, Jesse L. Martin as Tom Collins, Adam Pascal as Roger Davis, Anthony Rapp as Mark Cohen, and Jessica Tezier as Maureen Johnson. The show closed on October 30, 1999, after one-and-a-half years.
