2021年12月25日 · It is against our policy so if your dog even needs to be muzzled to be groomed, they will be referred out. -Please just take our advice when we refer your dog out, we are not doing it to be mean, we want what's best for your dog and what's safest for everyone involved. It is DANGEROUS to take in aggressive pets and extremely ill/injured pets.

In general, a lot of people don't trust it/complain in my area, is likely due to the high number of trainees. Because mostly all experienced groomers leave Petco/PetSmart salons as soon as they finish the 2 years, the person who is grooming your dog is likely only 1-2 years experienced.
