Many of our campgrounds are located adjacent to the beautiful Wild & Scenic St. Joe River. Our Route of the Hiawatha rails-to-trails mountain biking route winds across trestles and through tunnels. Visit Marble Creek and view artifacts of early 20th century logging.

The Shadowy St. Joe Campground features 14 fully accessible campsites with electrical hookups, picnic tables, fire rings and vault toilets. Refuse receptacle provided, ample parking, convenient trailer space, potable piped water, boat launch, and a group picnic shelter.

Spruce Tree Campground features 9 camp units, potable water, and vault toilets. Please observe the Pack it In Pack it Out refuse policy. Attractions include fishing in wild trout waters, beginning of wild portion of St. Joe Wild and Scenic River, St. Joe River Trail #48.

Key scenic attractions include the steep walls and clear water of the St. Joe River, opportunities for viewing deer, elk, moose, mountain goats, birds and the golden Larch trees in the fall. Many opportunties exist for camping, hiking and picnicking along the way.

Turner Flat Campground features 10 camp units, 1 group camping area to accomodate up to 15 people, potable water (June-October), vault toilets, and day use area. Please observe the Pack it In Pack it Out refuse policy. Attractions include the St. Joe Wild and Scenic River, fishing, and tubing/floating until mid-July.

Fly Flat Campground features 14 camp units, potable water (June-October), and vault toilets. Please comply with the Pack it In Pack it Out refuse policy. Attractions include fishing in wild trout waters, St. Joe Wild and Scenic River, and the Fly Creek Trailhead.

2024年3月25日 · The Shadowy St. Joe Campground, a popular site located about 10 miles east of St. Maries on a slack water section of the St. Joe River, was closed last year for a complete renovation. The campground received all new electrical hookups, paved roadways and camping spurs, accessible picnic tables, fire rings and vault toilets.
