2011年4月5日 · If you don’t have a significant and sustained drop in blood pressure upon standing (below 90/60) you would not qualify for a diagnosis of Orthostatic hypotension. In this case, Dysautonomia would be ruled out. It seems more like a gut related issue, possibly due to the vagus nerve as you mentioned. Gut related issues are common in withdrawal.
