2020年5月8日 · I'm glad I didn't pay for the battery (came with the new router as a "free" upgrade). Seems like a waste though. having a battery backup for a landline. How many people even USE a landline anymore? Well, I've been doing some digging and found that the blinking green light means it's trying to pair with the router. Infinitely blinking here.

2017年8月11日 · Unplug the modem/gateway (remove the backup battery if equipped). Unplug the router if you have a stand-alone unit. Plug the modem/gateway back in and wait for the status light to indicate it is online. If you have a stand-alone router, plug it back in and wait for the lights to indicate ready status.

Having that in the self-service option in the great Xfinity Assistant, Xfinity App, or when running self-help troubleshooting when logged into your account online would definitely be beneficial.

2023年10月12日 · @Anon163383 Not specifically, I do apologize, but remotes are free of charge, and you can pick up a new one at a Xfinity service center at any time. It may just be time to get a new one if it is still not recognizing the correct battery level.

2020年8月6日 · How do I clear the low battery and tamper alarm? I can't find any info, so should it be automatic? I gave it about 10 minutes, the light stopped blinking, walked by the sensor a few times, armed/disarmed the alarm, rebooted my modem and touchscreen, and both the low battery and tamper alert are still displayed.
