Roasted Aubergine with Tahini & Leftover Herb Pesto 🍆 Here’s an easy way to take a nod towards the beautiful flavour of charred food. For this recipe, try to get a good-quality tahini that is pourable (I used Belazu Ingredient Company), so you can easily drizzle over some raw tahini to finish the dish.
