Ever since we discovered @illusionist_gin, we’ve been finding more and more cocktails that just make it sparkle. Lena at @accomplice_bar came up with one of our favs. We’re calling it a Periwinkle Negroni…. It’s a 2:1:1 white Negroni, with @illusionist_gin, Salers Aperitif, and Dolin Blanc, sprinkled with gold dust and finished with a lemon twist. The pea flower in the gin gives it this perfect light periwinkle hue when stirred. It’s magic! (Okay, it’s not really magic… it’s science, but it’s aw
