Don’t let your leftover rice go to waste but use it to make nutrient packed chips! Rice and legumes complement each other, providing a more complete protein profile. Pea 🫛 -300 x g leftover rice -90 x ml water -100 x g cooked peas(or any legume) -2 x tbsp chopped herbs (chives , -parsley ,coriander ..) -Frying Oil INSTRUCTIONS: -blend all ingredients (not the frying oil) until it’s perfectly smooth . -in between 2 baking paper sheets make a thin layer of the cream -dehydrate at 45/50C for 12 -w
